Sylvia was great throughout the whole home buying process (a first for me!). From sitting me down when we met to review the whole process, to working with my schedule and selectivity for a year viewing potentials, to finally having an offer accepted and navigating all the appointments and paperwork to follow, Sylvia was great. She did her due diligence on places we viewed, even reaching out to the town for more info as needed. She always gave her honest opinions of places when going to showings, things to look out for that could be issues, etc. She's also incredibly friendly and warm and willing to do whatever she can to help. We can't say how much Sylvia really helped us. We are perhaps the craziest of the clients she could have found. We looked all over Bostn and Sylvia helped me and my wife round up on our locations and houses based on our priorities. We finally hound our dream house in Wellesley. This time around, we chose Sylvia Tucker for helping us both sell our home and purchase a new home. We cannot recommend Sylvia enough. She is very organized, thorough in her research, and always available to answer questions. She set us up with a clear timeline of what to expect as both buyers and sellers. We had weekly check-ins via phone to make sure everything stayed on track. When we needed to hire cleaners, movers, and other contractors, she did all of the research and sent us the most promising ones. She scheduled everything and was present at the homes for all work that needed to be done. She had a beautiful website made for the home we were selling with very flattering professional photography. Overall, she made the process as simple as possible, kept everything on schedule, and took care of everything we didn't absolutely have to do ourselves (a lifesaver as we both work full time). The only negatives we had were related not to Sylvia herself, but to the lawyer we used.

I've worked with multiple real estate agents in the past and Sylvia by far surpassed them all. She does the work for you and creates great presentation materials for you (comp analysis and other information that normally you would not find on your own unless you did a lot of digging). She came to nearly every single open house i was interested in (I was looking for a couple months so it was quite a few), and she even sent me videos of open houses she would attend if they appealed to my interests. At the beginning of the process she sat down with my Brother and me and tried to understand exactly what we were looking for. The process of buying real estate is not easy, especially in June and July because the market tends to really heat up, but with her guidance and due diligence the transaction was seamless. I will definitely work with Sylvia again in future real estate transactions and I will recommend her to anyone who wants an Agent that will really work for the commission.
