Sylvia helped my fiance and I both buy a new condo in Arlington and sell a condo in Watertown. The process of buying our first home back in 2010 was very confusing for my husband and me due to lack of communication from another realtor. This time around, we chose Sylvia Tucker for helping us both sell our home and purchase a new home. We cannot recommend Sylvia enough. She is very organized, thorough in her research, and always available to answer questions. She set us up with a clear timeline of what to expect as both buyers and sellers. We had weekly check-ins via phone to make sure everything stayed on track. When we needed to hire cleaners, movers, and other contractors, she did all of the research and sent us the most promising ones. She scheduled everything and was present at the homes for all work that needed to be done. She had a beautiful website made for the home we were selling with very flattering professional photography. Overall, she made the process as simple as possible, kept everything on schedule, and took care of everything we didn't absolutely have to do ourselves (a lifesaver as we both work full time). The only negatives we had were related not to Sylvia herself, but to the lawyer we used.

Sylvia Tucker is by far the best realtor we have ever used. She is smart, hard-working and knows how to think outside of the box. Like her, the vendors she recommended were all professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. She is a real delight to interact with and made both our buying and selling experiences very productive and fun. Her recommendations enabled us to purchase a property we thought was beyond our reach at a fabulous price. She also helped us sell our property within a week at a premium. In addition, she went above and beyond in helping us organize contractors before our move, and even supervised our washer/dryer delivery while we were out of town. We would highly recommend her to anyone entering the real estate market.
